Whipsnade Wild Animal Park

In 600 acres, Whipsnade Wild Animal Park is home to 2500+ of the world's most incredible creatures. One of the largest conservation centres in Europe, we have many rare & endangered animals - lemurs, cheetah, elephants, chimpanzee & tigers. Get a taste of animal action at our free daily demonstrations; Elephant Walk, free-flying Birds of the World, Sealion Demonstration, penguin feeding & animal talks give you the chance to ask your questions & find out more about wildlife. See Kira & Kharlan, 2 tiger cubs, up to lots of mischief, keeping their parents on their toes; baby crocodiles snapping for attention; flamingo chicks turning pink. The white rhino calf will be making her 1st explorations of her 'savannah'. Take the FREE Safari Tour Bus through herds of Asian animals on an unforgettable journey aboard the Great Whipsnade Railway. On foot you will be in the company of our free-roaming animals - wallabies, peacocks, Chinese water deer & more. There is plenty for the children with the Run Wild Adventure Playground and Children's Farm. and who knows what wonderful creatures may be lurking around the corner of the Discovery Centre!
